Terms & Conditions – Raas Ratri Garba Night 2025

By booking a ticket or participating in Raas Ratri Garba Night 2025, organized by The Atharva Events, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. These guidelines are designed to ensure a safe, joyful, and well-coordinated experience for all attendees.

1. Ticket Validity

Each ticket admits one individual for one day of the event, unless otherwise specified. Tickets are non-transferable without prior written consent from the organizer.

2. Entry Guidelines

Entry is allowed only to valid ticket holders carrying government-issued ID proof. The Atharva Events reserves the right to deny entry or remove any individual displaying inappropriate behavior, violating safety protocols, or disturbing public order.

3. Code of Conduct

All participants are expected to:

– Maintain a respectful, inclusive, and celebratory environment.
– Refrain from any form of harassment, violence, or disruption.

Violations may result in immediate expulsion from the venue without refund.

4. Event Changes

The organizers reserve the right to modify the event date, venue, schedule, or lineup due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, safety, or technical issues. All major changes will be communicated in advance via official channels.

5. Liability Disclaimer

The Atharva Events shall not be held liable for any personal injuries, property loss, or damages incurred during the event. Attendees are advised to be vigilant and responsible for their belongings.

6. Photography & Media Usage

By attending the event, you consent to being photographed or filmed and allow your image to be used by The Atharva Events for promotional, social media, or event documentation purposes without additional approval or compensation.
