Terms & Conditions – Raas Ratri Garba Night 2025

By booking a ticket or participating in Raas Ratri Garba Night 2025, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. These are meant to ensure a safe, enjoyable, and well-managed event for all attendees.

1. Ticket Validity

Each ticket is valid for one person and one event day only, unless specified otherwise. Tickets are non-transferable without prior written approval.

2. Entry Guidelines

Entry is permitted only to ticket holders with valid ID proof. Organizers reserve the right to deny entry or remove individuals for misconduct, inappropriate behavior, or safety concerns.

3. Code of Conduct

All participants must maintain a respectful and celebratory environment. Any form of harassment, violence, or disruption will lead to immediate expulsion without refund.

4. Event Changes

The organizers reserve the right to change the date, venue, schedule, or lineup due to unforeseen circumstances. Any such changes will be communicated in advance.

5. Liability Disclaimer

Atharva Events shall not be held liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage of property during the event. Attendees are responsible for their personal belongings.

6. Photography & Media

By attending the event, you grant permission to use your photos or videos taken during the event for promotional and documentation purposes.
