Return & Refund Policy – Raas Ratri Garba Night 2025

At Atharva Events, we strive to provide a smooth and transparent booking experience. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before booking your tickets for Raas Ratri Garba Night 2025.

1. No Refund Policy

All ticket sales are final. Once a ticket is purchased, it cannot be refunded, exchanged, or canceled unless the event is officially canceled by the organizer.

2. Event Cancellation

In case the event is canceled due to unavoidable circumstances, a full Refund will be credited to original payment mode within 4-5 working days.

3. No Show or Late Entry

No refunds will be issued for non-attendance, late arrivals, or denial of entry due to non-compliance with event guidelines.

4. Transfer of Tickets

Tickets are non-transferable. Any special requests for transfer must be sent via email and are subject to approval by the organizing team.

6. Rules & Regulation

• The card is non-transferable.


• The card is valid till Garba Mahotsav - 2025.


• Duplicate Card will not be issued in case the original one is lost.


• No request will be entertained in this regard.


• Garba batches once assigned to participants will not be changed.


• The students who are not following the organization rules and regulations and found in any unlawful activity in that case Raas Ratri reserve the rights to cancel & terminate their admissions with immediate effect without any refund.
